A mahjong game soundtrack that goes way harder than any tile-matching game should. Saki Zenkoku-hen's CD opens with "UPDATE-SHINE" as this bright, driving J-pop vocal track that sets the competitive spirit immediately. The gameplay BGM shifts between calm strategic thinking music during normal play and this rising intensity once you hit riichi, which is such a smart design choice.
"団体戦 大将戦" brings genuine dramatic weight to the team captain battles with heavier instrumentation and higher stakes energy. The story tracks covering daily life, comedy, and tension in equal measure. If you've ever gotten way too invested in an anime mahjong series and want the music that made those clutch plays feel legendary, this is the disc.
