This soundtrack is just pure dread in the most beautiful way possible. Scanner Sombre is Introversion Software's cave exploration game and the music wraps around you like the darkness itself. "What Darkness Awaits You" during the lake sections has this slow creeping ambience that genuinely made me hold my breath.

Then "The Ascent" in the lift shaft shifts into something almost hopeful, like surfacing from deep water. The way it handles the two endings is wild too. "As Above So Below" feels earned in a way most finale tracks don't.
