"Welcome to Celebrate Hour" kicks things off with infectious optimism. "Slapstick I" is pure comedic chaos, the kind of track that plays when everything goes wrong at once. But then "Tears of Regret" and "Wait for Sleep" slow everything down with real tenderness.
