Schoolgirl Strikers 2 packed five years of battle themes, idol tracks, and seasonal remixes into one collection and it somehow holds together. The Christmas and New Year edits of "New All Day Eterno" are ridiculously catchy, reworking the same melody into completely different moods. Then "Kokoro Labyrinth" into "Kokoro Liberation" hits like a proper two-part boss sequence.
The marching band versions at the end though. Wild choice that totally works. If you spent any time with this game's community, this album is basically a time capsule of everything that kept people logging in.
