"Nozomi's Confession" and "Nozomi and Ryo" add emotional depth you only get on this release, these intimate character moments that the vinyl editions skip. "Rain" is pure atmosphere. The Koshiro arrangements of "Sedge Tree" and "Sedge Flower" reimagine the main themes with his signature touch and they're worth the whole purchase alone.
"Christmas on Dobuita Street" still hits different every December. If you want the definitive Shenmue listening experience with tracks you can't find anywhere else, this is the 2-disc set to own.
