"One Who Conquers the Blue Waters" has this triumphant military march energy that makes you feel like an actual fleet commander. "All Hands Battle Formation!" ramps up with urgent percussion and staccato strings. Then "Forgotten Hometown" pulls back into something genuinely melancholy, piano-driven and quiet.
The collection also bundles tracks from Kozukuri Banchou, which shifts the mood completely. "State of Emergency!" hits with panicked intensity that's almost comedic in context. Two very different games, one surprisingly solid soundtrack package.
