"Necro Lab" grinds with this industrial edge that fits the gore-soaked lab aesthetic perfectly. "Satan's Masque" brings the doom metal tempo down to a crawl while keeping the heaviness cranked. "Meat Factory" is probably the most unhinged track, all chugging guitars and chaos that matches a level literally called Meat Factory.
The album even bookends itself with two versions of "The Doll That Bled," which adds a strange tenderness to all the carnage. If you want a soundtrack that sounds like it smells like blood, this delivers without apology.
