SWEET REQUIEM is the OST for Takuyo's otome game Sweet Clown, composed by Shima Hideyuki, and it leans hard into this Gothic carnival atmosphere. Gozen Sanji no Ochakai (the 3AM tea party track) has a creepy whimsy that sounds like a broken carousel spinning in the dark.

Itokuri Ningyo Koushinkyoku layers this marionette march rhythm that's playful and sinister at the same time. The opening Invitation pulls you in with vocalist Hiiragi Nao over an eerie melodic trap. Mukanjou Waltz, though.
That emotionless waltz just sitting there, hollow and cold. If you want an otome soundtrack that actually commits to its horror premise, this one doesn't flinch.
