Orchestral grandeur mixed with Taisho-era Japanese flavor, and it shifts moods on a dime across thirty-six tracks. Taishou Mebiusline's soundtrack scores its supernatural otome story with everything from gentle piano pieces to full-blown battle themes.
"Sentou" drives hard with urgent strings and brass that sell the combat stakes, while "Kanashii" strips everything back to raw, aching piano. "Kyoufu" actually unsettles you with dissonant textures that creep in slowly. The four character endings each get their own theme, which is the kind of detail that makes you appreciate the craft.
"Toga no Shizuku" bookends the album in both OP and full versions, and the full version is worth the wait. If you play otome games for the atmosphere as much as the romance, this soundtrack absolutely delivers.
