This mid-2000s visual novel score has the most delicate piano work I've heard in a while. tan. Perfect Sound Collection from 2006 uses a warm, intimate sound palette that fits its character-driven story perfectly. Each heroine gets their own theme and they're all distinct: Snow (Yukiko's theme) has this fragile, crystalline quality while Forest (Kanata's theme) feels earthy and layered.

Bright Morning into Bright Evening is a gorgeous day-to-night transition, same melodic DNA but totally different moods. Fear actually unsettles you without going overboard. Oh! Mistake! breaks the tension with something playful and light.
The whole thing flows from TANGENT's opening to Happy Ending like one long exhale. If you dig character-themed VN soundtracks from the PS2 era of composition, get into this.
