Blistering arcade energy that never once lets up. Raiden Fighters came out of that golden era of 90s shmups where the music had to match the bullet density on screen, and this soundtrack absolutely rips. "Soaring Nature" kicks off Stage 1 with driving rock guitars and synth leads that immediately set the pace.

"Maritime Madness" brings in this faster, more frantic rhythm that mirrors the ocean stage's chaos perfectly. Then "Dreaded Storm" hits for the boss fights with heavy, pounding percussion that makes every encounter feel desperate.

"Tundra Blizzard" is cold and relentless. The whole score runs on pure adrenaline and FM-tinged arcade energy that sounds exactly right coming out of a cabinet. If you love shmups and haven't listened to Raiden Fighters isolated from the gameplay, you're missing out.
