A lost album from a fictional animatronic band and it actually holds up as lo-fi pop. The Showstoppers II is an in-universe record from The Walten Files, that horror series about haunted animatronics at Bon's Burgers, supposedly shelved in 1983 before BSI shut down.

Baby Blue has this warbly, tape-degraded sweetness that sounds like a genuine 80s demo found in a garage. Love Is (Linda) leans into soft rock with a sincerity that makes the horror context even more unsettling. Deep Blue closes things out slow and heavy with reverb.
The whole thing sounds like it was recovered from cassette. Which it was, supposedly. If you're into Walten Files lore and haven't listened to the albums front to back, the music tells its own story.
