This one's quieter than the other Blooming Stories discs and honestly that's what makes it stick. Kotoko Minazuki's album from Tokimeki Memorial 2 is all soft ballads and restrained arrangements. Cannot Say It's Love opens with piano and barely builds, just lets the vocal sit in all that empty space.
