Year 4 of Siege went globe-trotting with its sound design and it absolutely paid off. The seasonal themes pull from Australian outback grit, Western standoff tension, and Latin American heat all in one package. "Showdown" leans into this dusty, twangy guitar vibe that has no business going as hard as it does for an event theme.

"Sunburnt Country" captures that dry, wide-open Australian feel with sparse percussion and droning atmospherics. Then there's "Carry Me Away," a straight-up Bella Ciao cover that somehow works in context. Wild choice. The whole soundtrack feels like the composers finally stopped holding back and started treating each season like a genre exercise.
Worth revisiting if you main any Year 4 ops.
