Character themes that actually tell you who someone is before they open their mouth. Towertale's OST gives every playable character their own motif, and they all land. "Vengeful Sorrow" for Faindrel has this heavy minor-key pull that immediately says something went wrong in this person's life.

Then you hit "Curious Rabbit" for Lord Snicklefritz and it's suddenly playful and bouncy, total tonal whiplash in the best way. The boss tracks go hard too, "Dancing With Death" for the Reaper fight stacks tension with fast string-like synths.
Something about giving a character named Snicklefritz his own ending theme. If you like indie RPGs where the music does half the storytelling, this one delivers.
