Basiscape took over from the original Atlus sound team and somehow made the Trauma Center formula even more intense. Manabu Namiki and Noriyuki Kamikura scored Under the Knife 2, and "Cut off The Fate!!" goes so hard it earned those double exclamation marks.

Just absolute panic energy on DS hardware. "Swaying Shadow of GUILT" brings back that signature dread from the first game but with Basiscape's thicker layering. More texture crammed into those tiny speakers. "Gentle Wind" is the breather track and it genuinely feels like stepping outside the OR for air.
The track titles alone tell you everything about the mood swings this game puts you through. If the first game's soundtrack stressed you out, this one cranks it further.
