The SynthPop version of 船の上の錬金術士 reimagines what sounds like an Atelier-adjacent track with pulsing synth bass and it works so well. 厳威なる獣 goes hard with aggressive percussion and layered intensity. Then 狂瀾 crashes in like a storm.
But the quiet moments hit too, especially 眠る飛星 with its soft, drifting melody. The whole tracklist feels like it's building toward something it never quite says. If you like Gust's musical experiments outside the main Atelier line, this one's worth tracking down.
