This soundtrack plays like a panic attack set to music. Underhell Chapter 1 is a Source Engine horror mod with a score that has zero business going this hard for a free game. "Lights Out" drops you into this suffocating ambient dread where every sound feels like something moving behind you.

Then "The Butchery" hits and it's full industrial tension, all distorted textures grinding against each other. The safe room tracks are wild because they actually let you breathe, but just barely. Like being allowed to sit down during a nightmare.
"We're Not Alone" does this slow creeping thing that just... won't stop building. If you played Half-Life 2 mods back in the day and skipped this one, go fix that.
