Dissolving, liminal soundscapes that feel like sleepwalking through a loading screen. VƎЯ7!G0, the project from Aoi Sakamoto, delivers three tracks of pure dreamcore atmosphere on Dreaminal Spaces. The Comfort Chain remix layers soft vocal processing over shifting textures until the original barely exists anymore, just this warm haze with a pulse underneath.
The title track Dreaminal Spaces leans even further into that uncanny, half-remembered feeling. Like a room you recognize but the furniture is wrong. The Outro wraps things with a searching, unresolved quality that lingers after it ends.
Only three tracks but the mood is so specific and so committed. If backrooms-style ambient and rhythm game aesthetics overlap in your brain, this was made for you.
