Never Surrender has that signature Sakuraba intensity where the keyboard runs just keep climbing and you wonder how his hands even do that. Sank Memories pulls everything quiet with piano that actually aches. The way it deepens into Sank Memories More Deep is such a deliberate emotional turn.
PS2-era Sakuraba was operating at a completely different level. If you loved the first VP's soundtrack, this one goes even further.
