Xenogears Original Soundtrack Revival Disc -The First and the Last-

2018 · Playstation

"Bond of Sea and Flame" with actual acoustic guitar resonance instead of samples hits completely different. "Grahf -Ruler of Darkness-" with a real organ and live percussion is terrifying in the best possible way. "A Distant Promise" keeps its delicate music box quality but gains this warmth underneath.

The way the strings swell on "We Wounded Follow the Light" though. If you already love the original soundtrack, this version will make you fall for it all over again.
