Kurayami ni Akai Bara has this dramatic romantic soldier energy, roses and darkness and peak 90s anime theatrics. Icy Blood goes cold and sharp, cutting through the album's louder moments. Then you get Hohoemi no Bakudan and Sayonara byebye closing things out like old friends showing up at the end of the party.
The whole disc rides that early-90s anime vocal wave hard. If you want YuYu character songs with maximum battle spirit energy, this disc was literally made for that.
