BANYA 3rd -UNFINISHED-

2004 · Arcade

Pounding K-pop beats and arcade synth blasting out of a Pump It Up cabinet. BANYA 3rd is the unfinished third installment of the Pump It Up dance game series and it goes hard. "Final Audition 3 U.F" opens with that boss-song energy every rhythm game player recognizes.

"Beat of the war" is relentless BPM escalation. "Pump me Amadeus" takes classical and shoves it through a 2004 arcade sound system with zero subtlety and maximum fun. The tracklist bounces between high-energy dance tracks and weirder cuts like "Monkey Fingers" and "Oy oy oy."

Unfinished or not, the energy never drops. If you ever destroyed your legs on a Pump It Up pad, this soundtrack will make your calves ache from memory alone.
