The 2005 new mixes of "Lupin III '78" and "Lupin III '79" keep the original swagger intact with a modern polish. The Fujiko dance stage tracks cycle through five variations of background music, each one funky and slightly different.
"Super Hero" shows up during story sequences with full dramatic energy. The car chase mode track goes exactly as hard as you would expect. It is a pachinko soundtrack but it is still Lupin. The coolness survives the format.
