"ANOTHER SUNDAY" opens with deceptive calm, then "AS YOU LEFT IT" introduces this creeping wrongness that never fully resolves. The track titles read like a horror story on their own. "YOU ARE NOT YOU" and "AS SHE LEFT IT" play like twisted reflections of the earlier, gentler versions, same words rearranged into something sinister.
"ROTTEN CORE" drops all pretense and goes full unnerving, while "CONFINED IN COMPLIANCE" has this suffocating quality that matches the game's themes of control and identity. "DISSOCIATED" breaking down into something fragmented and lost.
The final stretch from "BE WITH MOTHER" to "ANOTHER [SUNSET]" brings the whole thing full circle with this awful, quiet inevitability. If horror games that get under your skin through atmosphere rather than jump scares are your thing, this soundtrack does exactly that.
