"Out of Protocol" immediately tells you the rules changed, and "Collapse" hits with this panicked urgency that the original never quite reached.

"Rue" is devastating in context. Like genuinely rough. But then "Sunrise" and "Niko's Theme" pull you back with warmth that feels earned because you went through everything to get there. "The World Machine" carries this mechanical sadness that recontextualizes the whole game.
If you played the original and thought it couldn't dig deeper into your feelings, Solstice proves you wrong in about twenty minutes.
