"Froggy's Lament" is weirdly melancholic for a song about Frogger. "Do The Donkey Kong" has this goofy funk energy. "Ode To A Centipede" goes surprisingly hard with its rhythm section. Every track is built around a different game (Defender, Berzerk, Mousetrap), and each one actually tries to capture the feel of playing it.
Pure 1982 novelty pop that somehow aged into a time capsule. If you've ever dropped a quarter into an arcade cabinet, you owe this a listen.
