All the highlights are intact. "Zombonita Beach" still delivers that surf-rock-undead fusion, "Frankenstein Goes to Jamaica" is still the most gloriously named track in zombie game history, and "Half-a-Brain Boogie" still makes you want to groove while swinging a pipe wrench at the undead.
"Canada, Schmanada" remains the perfect musical shrug for a game where the destination barely matters compared to the chaos of getting there. The tonal balance between goofy and genuinely tense still works beautifully on this version.
"They Can't Be Stopped" hits hard during those impossible late-game sieges, while "How Unfortunate" plays like the soundtrack to watching your best character get bitten. If you missed the 2016 release, this is the same essential collection.
The music was always the secret weapon that made Death Road to Canada's roguelike misery feel like the best bad time you've ever had.
