The PS2 is the best place to build a retro shelf on a small budget. Its biggest games sold in the millions, so used discs turn up everywhere. Not every classic stayed cheap, though. A loose Silent Hill 2 sells for around $100, and even Persona 4 sits right at $25. We checked recent sold prices for loose discs and kept only the games players love that go for a typical price under $25.
What is left reads like a list of the best PS2 games at any price. Here are the 15 best cheap PS2 games.
